NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 17, 2016 in Civil Case No. 12-012197-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-4 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff, and NATHAN C FRIX AKA NATHAN CRAIG FRIX A/K/A NATHAN FRIX; THE ESTATE OF CATHERINE ASHFORD-FRIX A/K/A CATHERINE ASHFORD FRIX A/K/A CATHERINE LOUISE ASHFORD A/K/A CATHERINE LOUISE FRIX, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF CATHERINE ASHFORD-FRIX A/K/A CATHERINE ASHFORD FRIX A/K/A CATHERINE LOUISE ASHFORD A/K/A CATHERINE LOUISE FRIX, DECEASED; CHARLOTTE ARMSTEAD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 1, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BAYOU MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
