Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on April 15, 2016, and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in the above-styled cause on May 31, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Pinellas County, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

The street address of which is 1121 26th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on August 2, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
