Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 29, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THE WEST 2 FEET OF LOT 26, AND LOT 27 LESS THE WEST 1 FOOT THEREOF, OAKBROOK WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2433 11TH AVE SW, LARGO, FL 33770; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 16, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
