NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-007762 CI 8 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, is Plaintiff and ELIZABETH A. ROLLINS F/K/A ELIZABETH A. CAMPBELL, ET. AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 2, Pine Crest, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 66, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
