You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the Estate of DOROTHY J. McCRACKEN, Deceased, Uniform Case Number 522016CP004684XXESXX, by the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court St., Clearwater, FL 33756; that the Decedent's date of death was March 23, 2016; that the total value of the Estate is $100.00, and the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
Name CHERYL MILLER as Successor Trustee of The McCRACKEN FAMILY TRUST, dated February 9, 1994, as Restated in its entirety on December 30, 2003, as First Amended March 11, 2004, as Second Amended January 30, 2007, and as Third Amended December 2, 2013 Asset, Share or Amount 100% Ownership in the Tangible Personal Property in the amount of $100.00
ALL INTEREST PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the Estate of the Decedent and persons having claims or demands against the Estate of the Decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
