NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012429 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-11CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11CB, is Plaintiff and JOSEPH MCGLONE, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ: LOT 7, CENTURY OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS, COUNTY.
Property Address: 13923 105TH Terrace North, Largo, FL 33774
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
