NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of April, 2016, and entered in Case No.: 15-005119-CI-19, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MOUNTAIN ACRES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff, and, SHERRI HUNTER, FLORIDA DEPT. OF REVENUE, PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, CRAIG R. PARKER and JOAN E. PARKER and SHAWN BURROS, are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 1, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 50, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION FIFTH ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 36, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON, OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
