THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF EQUITY ONE ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2002-5, is Plaintiff and SUSIE M. ANDERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSIE M ANDERSON; CITY OF ST PETERSBURG FLORIDA A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12TH day of AUGUST, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
