NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-010245-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF WARD B. LAMBERT; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF WARD B. LAMBERT; WARD B. LAMBERT TRUST U/A DATED DECEMBER 13, 2006; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE WARD B. LAMBERT TRUST U/A DATED DECEMBER 13, 2006; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE WARD B. LAMBERT TRUST U/A DATED DECEMBER 13, 2006; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF WARD B. LAMBERT; WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC.; BARBARA JEAN NORTON; DEBBIE MCCUNE A/K/A DEBRA MCCUNE, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12TH day of AUGUST, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, IN BLOCK B, SUEMAR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, AT PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
