The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed Request for Qualifications in the Purchasing Department of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida 301 - Fourth Street S.W., Largo, Florida 33770-3536 until 4 p.m. local time, on August 3, 2016 for the purpose of selecting a firm for Design Services required for the scope listed below.

SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Pinellas County School Board (the district) requests qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide Architectural Design Servics

Scope of work: Major renovations campus wide to create band, chorus and orchestra rooms. Create a shared use lobby to connect to auditorium and the gymnasium. Create a new ticket booth, concession stand and restroom for the football field. Create a covered space for the color guard to practice. Demolish Buildings 1, 6, 7, 16, 18 and 20. Create new courtyards and parent pickup/drop off loop for Pre-K. Resolve site drainage problems campus wide.

PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN DOCUMENTS
& SPECIFICATIONS: 45 DAYS
PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS &
SPECIFICATIONS: 75 DAYS
Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
