NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-007292-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CARLOS A. WILLIAMS, DECEASED; CHARLES L. WILLIAMS, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATES OF CARLOS A. WILLIAMS, DECEASED; CHARLES L. WILLIAMS; MARGARET WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK ONE, NA; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 5 day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 78, OF FIRST ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 5 FEET OF VACATED ALLEY ADJACENT ON THE EAST AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF VACATED 71ST AVENUE NORTH TO THE SOUTH (AS VACATED IN O.R. BOOK 9976, PAGE 1212 AND O.R. BOOK 10310, PAGE 227), ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS WAS FORMERLY A PART AND ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
