NOTICE is hereby given that, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 29th day of July, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online website www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 202, of HEATHER RIDGE WEST I, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, page(s) 59, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4929, page 1432 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
