NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-008614, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is Plaintiff and LINDA L LEE; RYAN JEFFERY LEE; BAY AREA HEART CENTER, P.A.; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF LATOYA E. EDWARDS-PETERSON AND GABRIEL EDWARDS-PETERSON, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of JULY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 10, OAK RIDGE NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
