NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 1, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-005375-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-FRE1 is Plaintiff and ROBERT E SPEARS, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15TH day of August, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, 10, 11 AND 18, LESS THE EAST 37 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK 56, ANGEBILT ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “H”, PAGE 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
