NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-007009-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and KATIE MARTINO A/K/A KATIE L. MARTINO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 72 of VINEYARDS OF HORIZONS WEST PHASE 1B, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, Pages 54 through 59, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements of record and to all applicable zoning ordinances and/or restrictions or requirements imposed by governmental authorities, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
