NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-007998-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR2, is Plaintiff, and JACKIE S. BRUNNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 5204 of Bella Terra, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8056, Page 1458, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto. Together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
