NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 7, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-2015-CA-002195 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, N.A., successor trustee to LaSalle Bank National Association, on behalf of the holders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2006-HE9, Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2006-HE9, is the Plaintiff and Jesus Garcia a/k/a Jesse Garcia, Pamela A. Weaver, Household Finance Corporation, III, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 8 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 17, BLOCK 1538, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 4A THROUGH 4E INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
