NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15002565CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QS15, is Plaintiff and MARGARET CAMPITELLI; DOROTHY M. BIANCHI A/K/A D BIANCHI; ANTONIO A. BIANCHI A/K/A ANGELO A. BIANCHI; FRED CAMPITELLI; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of Barbara T. Scott, Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 26 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Bay Harbor Estates Subdivision, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 26A through 26C, inclusive, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
