NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2016 and entered in Case No.: 2016-CA- 1155 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein MAIN STREET BANK CORP., a West Virginia corporation, is Plaintiff, and BRAD F. KUNZ, KIMBERLY J. KARRAS KUNZ a/k/a KIMBERLY K. KUNZ, CROSSING CREEK VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. PALAW, LLC, AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of August, 2016, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 81, Crossing Creek Village Phase I, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 40, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
