Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sec. 932.704, Fla. Stat, that the property described below was seized by the BRADENTON POLICE DEPARTMENT as follows:
2005 CHEVROLET, MODEL 1500, VIN # 1GCEC19T85Z225804, located in Manatee County, Florida, under the Petitioner's case number 2016-4808; Case No. 2016-CA-2880 in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida.
The vehicle listed above is being held by the BRADENTON POLICE DEPARTMENT. A Petition for Judgment of Forfeiture has been filed for the vehicle. All persons claiming a legal interest in the subject property and desiring to contest the forfeiture must file with the court and serve upon the below identified attorney any responsive pleadings and affirmative defenses within 20 days after receipt of this Notice:
