NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 12, 2016 in Civil Case No. 41-2015-CA-002073 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CARMEN V HORN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17TH day of August, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 83, Building E, SANCTUARY OF BRADENTON, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2071, Page 4867, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 34, Page 84, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
