NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 13, 2016 in Civil Case No. 41-2016-CA-000259 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is Plaintiff and MARC MAILLOUX, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17TH day of August, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 29, GARRETT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 39,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS Of MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
