NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA002067AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-OPT3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT3, is Plaintiff and DOMINIC J. BUCCI; ELLEN E. BUCCI; MANATEE OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RICHARD TRENT, are Defendants. Angela M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17TH day of AUGUST, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, MANATEE OAKS III, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 186 THROUGH 191, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
