NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 6, 2016, entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000549-0001 -XX in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and TERRANCE J. MCLAUGHLIN; MARRIE H. MCLAUGHLIN, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 11:00AM. on August 8, 2016 at: Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 118, OF VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB- PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 11-18, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 1717 BIRDIE DRIVE, NAPLES, FL 34120.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
