NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-001819 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. CANNIVET; EDWARD N. MURRAY; VANDERBILT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK ONE N.A. N/K/A J.P. MORGAN CHASE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. CANNIVET; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse Annex located in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on the 8 day of August, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 17 OF VANDERBILT COUNTRY CLUB-2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE (S) 42 THROUGH 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
