TRUST 2006-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE7 is the Plaintiff and MARCIA HUFF; ASHANDA FINEGAN; SHERWOOD LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 06, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
