F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE UTD 12/12/95; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST UTD 12-12-95; GREG CHAPPELL ; SWEETWATER EAST INVESTMENT CO., D/B/A LAKE HENRY ESTATES are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
