Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 28, 2016, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on July 5, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
