YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in POLK County, Florida:

Tract A: That portion of Lot 4, COUNTRY RIDGE ADDITION, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 74, page 6, public records of Polk County, Florida, described as follow:
Begin at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4 and run thence on a bearing of North, a distance of 11.56 feet; thence N 55° 05'58” E., 134.12 feet to the East line of said Lot 4; thence on a bearing of South, a distance of 88.30 feet; thence on a bearing of West, a distance of 110.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for COUNTRY RIDGE COVE TOWNHOUSES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, whose address is 1000 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd., Suite B, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before _____________________, 2016 (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
