NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2016, entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-053668 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE BANK ALT-A SECURITIES, INC., MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AB1 is the Plaintiff and Amy L. Edwards Smith A/K/A Amy Edwards-Smith; The Unknown Spouse Of Amy L. Edwards Smith A/K/A Amy Edwards-Smith N/K/A Jeff Jenkins; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; City Of Cape Coral Florida; State Of Florida; Lee County; Lee County Clerk Of The Circuit Court; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the August 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
