NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 14, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050645 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and JOSE R. DALY, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15 day of August, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16 AND 17, BLOCK 151, UNIT 4, PART 2, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 13 THROUGH 22, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
