NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-051486 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR1 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and RODOLFO GONZALEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 410, Building 3130, THE GREENS, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Instrument #2005000101868, Page 105, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
