NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-051659 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2006-A, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES INABS 2006-A, is the Plaintiff and JOHANNA QUESADA; ERNESTO DIAZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHANNA QUESADA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERNESTO DIAZ are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on Aug. 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
