Final Judgment was awarded on November 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050225, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ODELL BOND A/K/A O'DELL BOND; THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE FOR FRANKLIN MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2009-A; CITY OF FORT MYERS; WALTER SMITH; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A MARSHALL BOND; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
