NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated May 11, 2016, entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-052323 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Jill Babyak; Michael J Babyak; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union; George Town Owners Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9 A.M on the 10 day of August 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, GEORGE TOWN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 121, EXCEPTING THEREFROM A STRIP OF LAND ALONG THE ENTIRE WESTERLY SIDE THEREOF, HERETOFORE CONVEYED TO THE GEORGE TOWN OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., FOR STREET PURPOSES, THE DEED THERETO BEING RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 168, PAGE 122, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
