Final Judgment was awarded on June 16, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-005702-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and EVELYN PARKER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CRYSTAL CANOVAN; SPRINGCASTLE AMERICA FUNDING TRUST, THROUGH ITS TRUSTEE WILMINGTON NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, SUCCESSOR TO SOUTHTRUST BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
