JOSEPH F. MURPHY, if living and if Deceased, ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF JOSEPH F. MURPHY,

TO: JOSEPH F. MURPHY, if living and if Deceased, ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF JOSEPH F. MURPHY, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 22-A, A/K/A 222, Building A, VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM OF SARASOTA, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1162, Page 807 and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 44M & 44A, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Last Known Address: 3437 Bee Ridge Road, #222, Sarasota, FL 34239
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an Amended Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or August 22, 2016; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER (Sarasota Edition).
