NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-002246-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT LOCHEAD A/K/A ROBERT D. LOCHEAD A/K/A ROBERT DUNCAN LOCHEAD, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 15th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL 13 of the Unrecorded plat of FRANCES LANE is further described as follows: A portion of fractional Section 33, Township24 South, Range16 East, Pasco County, Florida, further described as follows: Commence at the NW corner of Lot 68 of SEA RANCH ON THE GULF, as shown on the plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 113 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; Thence S 89°56'40” W., 295.00 feet; thence N 00°03'20” W., 160.00 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue N 00°03'20” W., 50.00 feet; thence N 89°56'40” E., 147.50 feet; thence S 00°03'20” E., 50.00 feet; thence S 89°56'40” W., 147.50 feet to the Point of Beginning. The East 10 feet being reserved as road right of way and the West 5 feet of the East 15 feet being reserved as an utility easement and the West 37.5 feet being reserved for right of way purposes.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
