NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17 2016, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-008127 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-5, is Plaintiff, and IRENE T. POTTHAST, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 16th day of August 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 51, SEVEN OAKS PARCEL S-4A/S-4B/S-5B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
