NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 06, 2016, and entered in 58-2015-CA-000671-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA ANN BAKER A/K/A PATRICIA BAKER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RANDOLPH BAKER, SR, DECEASED; PATRICK B. BAKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RANDOLPH BAKER, SR, DECEASED; ERIC BAKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RANDOLPH BAKER SR, DECEASED; MATTHEW BAKER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RANDOLPH BAKER SR, DECEASED; RANDOLPH BAKER JR, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RANDOLPH BAKER SWR, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 22, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
