NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2016, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003357-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and Regina M. Carnell a/k/a Regina M. Allen a/k/a Regina M. Staples; Villas of Holiday Homeowners Association, Inc.; Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida ; The Unknown Spouse of Regina M. Carnell a/k/a Regina M. Allen a/k/a Regina M. Staples; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, of Other Claimants; Unknown Tenant(s) whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, LESS THE SOUTH 0.7 FEET THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 0.7 FEET OF LOT 62, PINEWOOD VILLAS, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 101, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
