NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23rd, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-003485-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26, is the Plaintiff and Beacon Woods Civic Association, Inc., Branch Banking and Trust Co., Susan K. Sisson a/k/a Susan Sisson, William W. Sisson a/k/a William Sisson, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, Unknown Party#1, Unknown Party#2, Unknown Party#3, Unknown Party#4, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
