NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
To Whom It May Concern
Notice is hereby given of intention to apply to the 2017 Regular Legislative Session or subsequent sessions held in 2017 of the Florida Legislature for the passage of an act for relief of Jennifer Wohlgemuth, providing an appropriation, to compensate her for personal injuries resulting from the negligence of and Final Judgment against the Pasco Sheriff's Office. The total amount of the claim sought through the claims bill process is the amount the Pasco County Sheriff's Office agreed to pay to settle the unpaid amount of the Amended Final Judgment, to wit: $2,600,000.
