NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-012794 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and CLAIM ACQ, LLC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS AS NOMINEE FOR AMTRUST MORTGAGE CORPORATION; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 19th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
