NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2016, and entered in 14-CA-5126 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and VICTOREENE S. JACKSON A/K/A VICTOREEN SHEREE JACKSON; DAVID EARL LEWIS JR. A/K/A DAVID EARL LEWIS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. D/B/A WELLS FARGO AUTO FINANCE; INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY, D/B/A ISPC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
