NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2016, and entered in Case No.: 10-CA-14601-N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-HE4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATION is the Plaintiff, and Helen M. Bennett; Tampa Palms Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Helen M. Bennett, n/k/a Jimmy Reader, Current Tenant(s), are the Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the August 17, 2016, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statues, by electronic sale, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
