HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-HE4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATION is the Plaintiff, and Helen M. Bennett; Tampa Palms Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Helen M. Bennett, n/k/a Jimmy Reader, Current Tenant(s), are the Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the August 17, 2016, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statues, by electronic sale, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
