NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2016, and entered in 13-CA-011039 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and CARLOS R. ZAPATA A/K/A CARLOS ZAPATA; MILAGROS ZAPATA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS R. ZAPATA A/K/A CARLOS ZAPATA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MILAGROS ZAPATA; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-B; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
