Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 11, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT L-285, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF RUSSELLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3807, PAGES 1312 THROUGH 1369. AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 810 OAKGROVE DR #285, BRANDON, FL 33510; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on August 15, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
