YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
A portion of Lots A, B, C, Brookwood Terrace, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 65, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, lying North of Booker Creek and being bound on the East by Ninth Street South, on the North by Sixth Avenue South and on the South from the Center of a stream of water known as Booker Creek running diagonally from West to East through said Lots A, B, C, together with that contiguous piece of property vacated by the City of St. Petersburg shown in Clerk's Instrument No. 327354A, as recorded in Deed book 1638, Page 620, less that certain part Deeded to the City of St. Petersburg, and recorded in Clerk's Instrument 329032A, for street purposes.

1 The Property Appraiser reflects this parcel number. The deed given to Defendant, Boggs, reflects parcel ID 24/31/16/12258/000/0011. The Property Appraiser confirmed that both Parcel IDs describe the same lot, there was a transition in 2000 from 24/31/16/12258/000/0011 to 24/31/16/12258/000/0021 for “housekeeping” purposes. There has been no change in the land encompassed under the parcel numbers or legal description of the property being foreclosed.
