The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas, Florida; Case No. 14-005814-CI ; and is styled CITIMORTGAGE, INC. vs. BARBARA J. PHILLIPS; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES UNDER THE 2273 LAKE DRIVE LAND TRUST, DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2013; IF LIVING, INCLUDING AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT(S), IF REMARRIED, AND IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); BLACK POINT ASSETS, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 2273 LAKE DRIVE LAND TRUST, DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2013; WHETHER DISSOLVED OF PRESENTLY EXISTING, TOGETHER WITH ANY GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF SAID DEFENDANT(S); UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on MARK W. HERNANDEZ, ESQ, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 225 S. ORANGE AVE, SUITE 900, ORLANDO, FL 32801, on or before 8-22-16, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on 8-22-16 or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
